Surefoam is a ready-to-use, one-component, polyurethane foam packed in aerosol containers. When discharged it expands to form a semi-rigid foam.

Surefoam is available in two types of dispensing system, either a self propelling hand held aerosol dispenser or Surefoam gun grade for use together with the Surefoam Gun.

General Information

Do as many jobs as possible at one time Cured foam discolours when exposed to sunlight always protect exposed foam. Polythene makes an ideal release agent. Surefoam is contained in a pressurised aerosol. Exercise care not to expose to Temperatures over 50°C.

Do not pierce or burn even after use.

Do not spray against or near a flame or glowing body.

Surefoam cures more slowly in reduced humidity conditions e.g. at freezing temperatures.

If all the foam is discharged at one time, discharge rate slows as the can cools. Surefoam is not resistant to UV radiation and should be covered if prolonged exposure to sunlight is expected.

Surefoam should not be used in conjunction with siliconised or fluorinated surfaces or in contact with polyethylene.

Foam Cleaner

A unique multi functional cleaner that is designed to digest and remove uncured PU foam.

USES: For easy removal of uncured PU Foam from the majority of gun grade PU foam applicators. The unique designed plastic moulding is an all-in-one component that includes a threaded collar with integral sealing valve and gasket. These features ensure that the PU foam cleaner is compatible with the majority of PU applicators. Also incorporated into the component is a removable red aerosol actuator button, with a clear short plastic tube. This tube dispenses fine accurate jets of cleaner direct to confined areas.
