Flogrout 70 is a non-shrink industrial cementitious grout of variable placement consistency.

Preparation:
All surfaces onto which Flogrout 70 is to bond must be clean and free from contamination. If Flogrout 70 is to be used as replacement mortar in structural repair, all defective concrete must be removed to a sound substrate. All surfaces should be thoroughly dampened with clean water prior to grouting
Mixing:
It is recommended that Flogrout 70 be mixed in full bag quantities. Single bags may be mixed using a suitable mixing vessel and slow speed drill and paddle (300-600 rpm) .The Flo grout 70 powder should be added to the appropriate quantity of water and mixed efficiently to a smooth lump free consistency.
Flogrout 70 may be placed using a variety of placement techniques including pouring, pumping or trowel. Any formwork should be constructed in a manner that will provide adequate access to minimise the distance the Flogrout 70 has to flow. Pouring or placement should take place from one side only ensuring a gap is left opposite to allow air displacement. Placement may be aided by means of chains or straps. Grout placed by trowel should be fully compacted if necessary by tamping.
Curing:
Placed Flogrout 70 should be protected against premature moisture loss by means of wet hession or BCR Concrete Curing Compound.
